Coventry University Fit Reading Group

This reading group comes together every month (apart from August) to discuss and critique papers in the field of organisational behaviour and related topics. We are a group of people interested in the field, even though most of us are fairly new to research.

Although we try and meet at 1pm on the third Wednesday of every month for about two hours, teaching and administrative pressures are making this an aspiration rather than a 'set in stone' arrangement. Indeed, we are currently thinking about making the Reading Group an 'out of term time' activity to reflect the pressures on colleagues.

The format is that we choose two papers (or one if the chosen one is particularly long) for each section (see below) and sometimes someone person takes the lead on the paper; other times we have an open discussion.

Everyone and anyone is welcome. All we ask is that you come having read the papers being discussed that week.

Some follow-up papers have been posted to help guide the reading of people who get people who wish to read more on this theme. Please note, these are not required readings for any session.
